Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Nivora Connections Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We provide you with 14 days of unconditional return and exchange service from the date of receipt of the goods. The following is our return and exchange policy:

 1. Return and Exchange Conditions

- Return and exchange must be applied within 14 daysafter receiving the goods.

- The goods must be kept unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

- The return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless there is a quality problem or the goods are shipped incorrectly.

2. Return and Exchange Process

1. Submit a return and exchange request via [email protected], provide the order number and product photos.

2. We will provide the return address and instructions after confirmation.

3. Send the product back, using a trackable logistics method.

4. After receiving the product, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 working days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be made to the original payment account and usually take 7-10 working days to process. If the product shows signs of use or is damaged, the refund amount may be adjusted.
